What Exactly Does
Chopra Life & Wellness Coaching
Mean?

  • It might be easier to start with what coaching isn’t: it’s not teaching or mentoring, I won’t be telling you what to do or what to believe.
    In coaching you are in the driver’s seat, as you’re the true expert of your life.
    I’ll facilitate the space and mirror you in a way that you’ll get answers from your own inner wisdom.

    It’s also not psychotherapy, I won’t be directly dealing with your traumas or working with your past.
    I’m also not working with mental health conditions.
    Instead, we’ll be focusing on the present and the future.
    The focus of coaching is less on how to survive and more on how to thrive.

    Coaching bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-life transformation.
    I'll help you truly embody the wisdom of health for genuine, lasting change.

  • We'll explore anything that's relevant to your life and wellness.

    In my sessions, I combine dual and non-dual teachings.
    I see you as already whole (non-dual) while also recognising your potential for self-development (dual).
    This approach helps you to grow as a person while lovingly accepting yourself & the world exactly as is.

    Analysing ourselves intellectually is useful, but it can disconnect us from our hearts, intuition, and body's wisdom. Therefore in my sessions I often include somatic practices and meditation, ensuring we coach through both mind and body.

  • I’m trained by Deepak Chopra's program. Deepak is an alternative medicine advocate who has sold millions of books worldwide, blending ancient Ayurvedic principles with modern medicine, and has been a pivotal figure in popularising holistic health and spiritual well-being.

How Do The Sessions Work?

The sessions take place either online worldwide or in person at Avang Coaching Centre, Tallinn.


Coaching is either in English or Estonian.

  • The first session is free. It' a time for you to have a feel if I as a coach resonate to you. Also to discuss your coaching goals and plan out our schedule.

  • I offer both: single sessions and bundles. However, as transformation takes time, I recommend to start with 10 sessions, to be able to see the effects of coaching.
    We’ll schedule your sessions in at the pace that suits you.

  • We'll adjust the plan as needed to ensure it remains aligned with your evolving goals and circumstances.

About Regina

Fuelled by a profound sense of purpose, I’m a dedicated life and wellness coach. For 9 years I’ve been exploring various practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

My coaching approach is shaped by extensive trainings in mindfulness and philosophical yoga.
Including a 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training with foundations in meditation, pranayama, and Ayurveda, rooted in Advaita Vedanta (Oneness) with Tanya Kaps
As well as a 50-hour yin yoga and Chinese medicine training with Emma Peel.

As a certified Chopra Life & Wellness Coach, I blend Eastern and Western wisdom to support personal growth.
